mine lag too.. and the screen is too yellow-ish.. the old one full metal back is better

I too have noticed my Iphone (Not 3G) going really slow when I text. This did not happen before I did the last software upgrade? I am going to try to restart the phone and see if that helps. I don't have a lot of Applications, so I don't think that is the problem.

One more problem.. When I plug in the phone to my mac a pop up opens saying "camera not found". How can i stop that? lol

iPhoto -> Preferences -> General

Connecting Camera opens: [NO APPLICATION] <-- select this

So next time you connect iPhone of your digital camera it will not open automatically.

If you have Aperture, instead of iPhoto there is also a similar setting in preferences
