Nope, not one bit. It's close to the strut, but never had a problem. Wish they were 40 offset...

On a side note, I had to go back to stock wheels as a family member curbed those wheels to the point that I didn't think they were safe. The ride and handling with the lighter wheel really made a difference...saving up for a new set.

Installed new Apex ARC8 wheels, front 18x8.5 ET 38, rear 18x9.5 ET58. Tires are Bridgestone Potenza PP-S04, front 235/40 and rear are 255/35. Very happy with the setup vs. stock - very noticeable difference in handling with the wider wheels. Springs are Schnitzer, so drop is slight but not as much as HR.

Did have some rubbing with the front fitment. APEX fitment experts were great to work with, and let me know that there was risk of some issues up front. With my springs the front camber is about -1.0, which is not enough to prevent interference. Today I rolled the front fenders (easy) and this eliminated the issue. Note that if you use this same fitment up front consider fender rolling to add some clearance. It is not a difficult job, but you need to take your time to ensure you don't make a mess of the fender.

WedsSport RN-05M

Wheels arrived earlier this week! I didn't get to take any cool pics yet but got some pretty decent video footage before/after installing them on the 240!

WedsSport RN-05M Gloss Black
18x8.5 +36 and 18x9.0 +50 wrapped in the stock MPSS that came with the car for now

There appears to be a good amount of clearance on the rears so I could have been a little more aggressive there.

The fronts are less than 10mm from the struts I believe. I'm still on stock suspension but planning to install springs soon. I'm skeptical on how this may affect clearance though.

I've had the Dinan springs collecting dust for like 9 months lol.

Is there a spacer on the front? Cause a 8.5j ET45 wont clear the strut.

I can confirm 8.5" +45 does clear the strut... by literally 1-2mm. Most people add a 3mm spacer to not risk accidental touching, me included.

Loving the bronze!! trying to imagine on mineral white....
Anyone know if these are available in the US? Weight and aesthetics seem good, short of going forged wheels.
Thanks in advance!

Just got my winter setup on for her first winter.

CLON replica wheels from 1010tire in Canada. (possibly made by RSSW, possibly made by Braelin, judging from the boxes they came wrapped in)

Michelin Pilot Alpin 4's 225/40R18 square.

Pretty happy with them.

Tire pressure warnings all over my dash though. I'm in Canada and apparently my car doesn't use TPMS sensors here, so I gotta figure out why the system isn't happy with the new wheels.

No TPMS sensors on our Canadian 2017 M240i, just requires the reset of the FTM system in iDrive (uses ABS pulse sensors to monitor tyre diameter).

If the tyre valve on your wheels has a rubber stem then it has FTM, if it has a metal stem it had TPMS.

Thanks for the tip, I will get that reset tonight. It does appear to have a rubber stem.

Same as on my wife's Mazda 3. I'm not sure what difference it makes, but not having the added expense of TPMS seems preferable.
