It's funny, since having lived in Japan for half a year, this is some of the closest to "real" sushi you can get in the States. Simply fish, rice, seaweed. No avocado, no sauces or aioli, no rice paper, no fried/crispy pieces, etc.

The box is a bit over the top, and the price is relative, but it was pretty good!

can't agree with this more.

I need fish, maybe rice and rarely a touch of soy.

I could eat sashmi by the pound "raw" haha

but i aint that rich
