Probably a valve closing or opening. its actually quite noticeable at low speeds and when the starts to move when applying or releasing gas pedal.

Roman you seem to be on to something. At low speeds parking switching ears is when I hear it. Any reason to be concerned?

If this is in fact a valve, then ofcorse not. I hear mine all time ESP in garages and mall parking lots, WITH stock exhaust. Even passing by f30 328s I hear it when they move around at slow speeds when it is quite outside. This is just a valve opening and closings:

It doesn't sound much like clicking, but when you are driving it sounds more like clicking.

I would check the valve to make sure its working and connected properly and that exhaust doesn't hit anything.
