Whereabouts in NY are you located? Might be worth the trip to my Indy if they pull it off. I will keep you posted:

Intriguing product - audacity temp mail origin - especially with a braided belt as a heat sink (?!?!) -- but man that's an expensive (not to mention potentially dangerous, both to your vision and to the vehicle's electrics) experiment.

EDIT: Hmmm. $130 per bulb for the Max (the one you're showing), $120 per bulb for the Flex (the one with the braids). Not too bad, actually. Still ...
I was wondering if anyone else knew about this or had it installed... The only thing I worry about is the light not being focused and shining all over the place, blinding oncoming traffic, etc.

Granted they aren't angel eyes, but perform and look better than halogens. Install was pretty simple for someone who's never had to change a headlight before.

Here's a link but I got mine on Amazon when they were running a sale for $79: http://www.opt-7.com/fluxbeam-led-headlights/

Still trying to find a solution to replace my DRLs though.
Been almost three years since you posted this. Do you have any updates? Lights still work? Are you happy with them?

Update on my factory Halogen to OEM Xenon swap by my Indy....

Drum roll please!!! Xenon retrofit complete! Everything works, halos, low beams, high beams, no error codes!

$800 in labor, $1000 for the complete headlights. Grin on my face to have a BMW that looks like a BMW and lights up the road properly,

PRICELESS!

Very nice. $1,800 all-in is a bit steep, but it looks like it might be worth it.

I think it was well worth it. Does anyone know what the original Xenon upgrade cost was when you ordered a car back in 2016?

Aesthetically it makes the car but the real benefit is the night time driving

Was it as straightforward as installing the lights and coding out the adaptive feature? I heard the harnesses were different voltages and other issues that complicate the install.

This gives me a great amount of hope to do this! I'd say I'm about 1/4 of the way there. I have all bulb warnings coded out. Please let us know what all was coded out and if the stock harness plugged in w/o issue. Looks fantastic!

No, it isn’t plug and play. There are a pair of wires that needed to be run for the halos to work from under the hood to the footwell.

All I can tell you was my installer found the F30 halogen to xenon DIY useful for the coding and wiring. This install was above my pay grade
