c.f. hood,
i have purchased a carbon fiber gts hood for my f23.. Now is there a aftermarket hood strut i need to buy now as this hood will be 3xs lighter than the oem hood, once i pull the hood release 2xs the hood will pop up way to quick... So i was wondering what everyone eles has done with there carbon fiber hoods so they close with ease and open and not rip off someones face.. I dont want to just remove one strut, thats poverty. Now BMW makes cars with carbon fiber hoods, what struts are they using?
