M-LSD service interval?
hey - does anyone know how often these need maintenance whether new fluid or clutch pak attention? street driving only, though i think the previous owner did auto-x and maybe a few track days.
thanks if anyone knows.

I imagine he'd recommend the same on a BMW clutch-pack diff. I believe BMW considers the diff to have a lifetime fill. I'm not 100% sure about that. A dealer should know. You'll know it needs a rebuild when it starts slipping, just like a slipping clutch on a manual transmission car.

It's been about 18K miles since I had my MP LSD installed and I didn't have the fluid changed after 1200 mi. I suppose I should change it sooner rather than later. I guess Red Line 75W110 Synthetic is the recommended fluid, or is there a special fluid for the MP LSD?
Edit: I found it. It's 1 liter of 75W-140
