Bimmer Code -v- Carley
I would like to do some coding on my car. Most of the post on this form as well as You Tube center around the Bimmer Code app. Why doesn't any one use Carley, it seems like a nice product.

I believe the price for a limited subscription made it more than we cheapskates want to pay!

I was an early Carly adopter and got a "permanent" license before they started the subscription thing. I've used it for several years, it works great, and it's improved greatly over the past couple years. The adapter and the license cost me less than $100, but not sure what the price is now.

I too was an early adopter of Carly (emails in German early) with the permanent license and then my phone died. The license should have transferred to my new phone but I could never get it to work and they did not respond to repeated emails.
Just bought the obd2 connector and will be buying the license for bimmercode today. |
