Left+Right Door channel seals

Hey everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience replacing the door channel seals seen below (item #5)?

Both of mine need to be replaced on my '14 due to them rubbing on the inner door jam and causing some paint wear. I can't find much for info about how to replace them and am just wondering if any of you have done this before.

Thanks

You might find some info at TIS, the online repair manual. Good luck!
