Magazines have the RWD auto from 4.4 sec to 5.0 sec. It varies quite a bit depending on the mag.

In my expereince using my p3cars midi to time 0-60 times the best I've gotten was 4.6 bone stock but I got the car in New Jersey and it has always been cold pavement or the tires weren't being as sticky from the cold the PSS are having trouble from a standstill, Stock could do 4.4 no doubt.
With a JB stage 1 and heating the tires up 4.4 a few times but mostly spun to much to get any more improvement or would actually take longer but with 265s and some mods I wouldn't doubt breaking into the high 3 sec range eventually |

Magazine reviews and road tests have the automatic version 0 to 60 MPH as low as 4.3 seconds. I think the factory sets it at 4.8 seconds, but that might be 0 to 62 MPH (100 kph), which throws numbers off a bit.
And some reviewers simply quote the factory numbers and leave it at that. From the way my car feels, I believe the factory numbers a little conservative. I have no problem with that. Might even help keep insurance premiums down. I seem to remember back to the 1960's muscle car days when car manufacturers purposefully underrated the cars for the express purpose of keeping insurance rates down.

Motorweek had slow 0-60 times for some reason. They reported 5.2 seconds for the M235i automatic they tested. Not sure about the conditions. The magazine times need to be taken with a grain of salt, unless you're comparing cars from the same magazine, driver, and weather/track conditions.

Thanks everyone, I have just read so many different times and I know my car doesn't feel like it does 0-60 in 4.8. To me it seems quicker, but I don't have the right equipment to properly measure the time. I'm planning on getting the JB4, not that it will improve my 0-60, but I'm just excited to get even more power out of this amazing car.

I have recorded 4.4 seconds with the M Performance App on my iPOD installed in my center console phone adapter without using the launch control feature. This is with an aFe Momentum intake and aFe Scorcher module installed.

Can you use the app to record 0-60? If so I feel pretty stupid.
