*Updated* Satin Battleship Grey 14' M235i
Only decent video I got from the Shift S3ctor roll race event this past Saturday.... This was on Map 7 againts a stock GT3. My AM runs where 91oct on Map 2. Everything pretty much ran away from me on this combo. Once I was able to burn enough gas I managed to fill 1/4 tank 110 to 3/4 tank 91. My guesstimate netted me around 95 octane. I got to the exit that morning on half a tank which I should've just left as is, instead I chose to fill up for fear of running out of gas. That outlook makes more sense if your road racing. These roll races do not burn gas at all. Huge mistake, lesson learned. Overall though I had a blast, the caliber of cars that showed up was on a different level. Personally I think with a FBO car race gas/meth and turbo upgrade our cars are capable of hurting a few feelings. I'm prett much dead set on this being the route I'm going to be taking as im almost FBO and PURE is very local to my area. Some great shots taken at the Car Ninja cruise this past Saturday. Had an awesome time running through the canyons chasing an F80 M3 and 458 Italia. Here's some updated pics with the mods listed.... *As of 10-19-14 Modifications: *JB4 Stage II w/ EWG & FF Wires BMS Intake *VRSF Down Pipe BMW Performance Gloss Black Kidney Grilles BMW M Performance Front Lip Splitter BMW M Performance Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler H&R Sport Lowering Springs iND Painted Front/Rear Reflectors & Mirror Caps iND Matte Black Trunk Badge Macht Schnell Competition Wheel Spacers (15mm Front & Rear) Muffler Delete Picture of my AW, board member Brings MR, and JustinCredibleM AW @ EAS about a month ago I believe. I had an old co worker spend two nights at my house on his way back to Colorado, I know Subaru's aren't everyones cup of tea but I really liked his super clean and super fast Forester so we snapped some pics together. The M235 is the successor to my 01 E46 M3 below.....I find it a bit odd driving the auto but I'm sure it will grow on me. Last edited by dt20011; 03-29-2016 at 12:04 AM.. |

Looks great. I had an E46 M3 stick also and got the automatic.
I've gotten quite use to it. Especially in stop and go traffic. Your M235i will appear slower than your M3 until you switch to sport mode. Then the fun begins. |

So far so good, I took her out to the gym and to run a few errands afterwards...it's such a fun car! I can def see it being a bonafide DD for some, comfort mode provides that 100%
You're spot on...the fun begins in sport mode. Night and day difference. |

Nice. Tough finding these ready to go at the dealerships as they are selling fast. I would have snagged it myself.
Did it already have the carbon fiber rear spoiler? |

When I saw the car on Friday it was having both the rear spoiler and black kidney grills installed. My old neighbor is the general sales manager so when I went to test drive it on Saturday he ended up throwing them in for free.

OP, can you post a side shot with your spoiler please? I have yet to see a side shot of the car with standard rims with the black spoiler, as I'm thinking of ordering it.
Thanks in advance! |
