Hi everybody

do anybody have an apex wheel with cracks and know how does the warranty works?

i have a set of apex ec7 19in mounted in my car, they really look very nice, the past week one tire loosed air and i went to repaired my tire, at that point i was a 100% percent was the tire but i get amazed when the guy of the service center show me that my wheel have more than 5 cracks at the inside border of the wheel, the tire was in good condition and the wheel don't have any deformation or signs of abuse.

i don't track my car its my daily car and since covid i don't use it very often (3months ago) ,i don't remember to hit a pothole or something, i don't use runflats

I just spoke with Jake about your claim and your wheel replacement will be covered under warranty. I believe we already notified you via email, but I wanted to follow up here as well. Your replacement wheel should be shipping out tomorrow but if you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
