Sr 06 18.9.5 +22 offset?? Help please

I wanted to buy these deeper dish rims in 18. I'm trying to figure out if the 18x9.5 will fit in the front? It has a +22 offset which I like. I don't mind the lip of the rim sticking out a bit but will I need spacers and does anybody know if a 18x9.5 will fit the front?

Need answers asap. Thanks

With a 245/35-18 tyre (the narrowest that is certified for a 9.5" wide wheel) and a fender roll with stock suspension, an ET35 8.5" wheel is as wide as will fit. Likely a 5 to 10mm spacer is needed for a 9.5" wide wheel, giving about 20mm of protrusion beyond the body work and lots of contact with an ET22 9.5" wheel plus spacer.

Like Aerobod said, a 9.5" wheel, of the CORRECT offset would still require body and suspension work to fit up front. But ET22 is already going to poke way out. I don't know why you are talking about adding spacers which will increase the poke even more.

No spacers needed on a 9.5 et22.

You will need a wide body kit though, they will poke about 2" more than stock wheels. Don't think a fender flare will accommodate that?!?!?

Will the 9.5 be fine in the rear?

I think you'll be poking an additional 40-50mm beyond factory (about 2 inches) - IIRC rear offset is 50 on an 8" wheel. I would not call that an OK look, doubt it would fit w/o major flares. These cars just aren't built for a heavily dished wheel, best bet is to sell those and buy s/t that does fit.

No, they will protrude way past the standard bodywork on ET22.

This is your friend to see how your new wheel relates to the originals : https://www.willtheyfit.com/

Thanks for the info. So I think I decide. My last question.

I decide I'm going for a 18x9. All the way around with off set of 30. Would that fit hopefully?. Looks like it will only protrude about half an inch according to that chart out. I'm just hoping it clears the breaks.

A 18x9” et30 will clear the strut, but it would still give you a fair amount of wheel poke. You’re going to need aggressive negative camber and fender work to make that work in anything more than driving in a straight line. I don’t know how wide of a tire you plan to run, but anything with a square wall Like a 255/35/18 is going to further complicate your plans.

Okay so how about if I run a 18x8.5 et30 in the front will that be good?
Also should I stick with the same in the back or can I run a 18x9.5 et22?

For an 8.5" rim +35 is as low of an offset you can go without poking. A wider rim and lower offset will definitely poke. To each their own, but generally speaking on cars this isn't a good look. It'll give it that truck look where the tires come out much further than the fenders. you can dial in negative camber to get the wheel to tuck back under the fender if that's the route you want to go.
