Some series we've been enjoying so far:
The Fall
-Gillian Anderson's character pursues a serial killer

Death and Other Details
-a Poirot-like murder mystery

The Bequeathed
-a Korean mystery about a woman who inherits a plot of land from an uncle she never knew but something is up w the village where he came

It looks shite from the trailer. Hard pass.

Watching Ted Lasso, great cast, 3 episodes in and a thumbs up so far.

It definitely ramped up the last 3 episodes.

By admission, I'm a big fan of the genre. Mexican and South American Cartel flicks.

We finished it last night, can't say it was very good. I felt like I was watching something made in the 80's, I realize that's when the story took place but the production felt like watching old episodes of Miami Vice.

Started watching "Fool Me Once" on Netflix this past Friday. Wife and I are loving it. We are on Season 1, Episode 6.

That's actually one of the reasons I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I dunno guys, we're 3 episodes in and Griselda is still pretty good. Can't wait till it's over (is it only 1 season?) so I can compare fact vs fiction. Cool that Pablo really said that about her.

I thought it was solid and Sofia Vergara played the part well. I thought Rivi was very well done. Good casting, good arc, and excellent acting for that character.

I understand this is historical fiction, I complete get that. I'm just not reconciling how this story can be told with no mention of Los Muchachos. Those guys sold a lot of coke in South Florida in the 80s and like Griselda Blanco they were supplied by the Medellín cartel.

The real story is even more outrageous and more brutal.
Sofia is still gorgeous. I had a ginormous crush on her back I was in my 20s. Nearly 30yrs ago! I always found her as perfect of a female as they come for my tastes.
She deserves an Emmy for sure.

She was in her early 20s here. I case you were wondering... Natural DDs.

I watched a couple episodes of Mr and Mrs Smith and it was very good, it’s an interesting spin on the movie.

The Avengers is a series about two Government agents, Emma Peel and John Steed played by Diana Rigg and Patrick Mcnee.
Mini skirts and bowler hatted gentlemen were the rage and with Emma's famous blue Lotus Elan SJH499D what more could you ask for.

I was afraid of that. Seems it was heading in that direction. I expected your garden variety true crime show who dun it. Disappointing. If I'm being honest I wasn't impressed with the season starring Mahershala Ali. Had to abondon that one.
