My Wife and I have just about finished Fool Me Once. It is a really good murder mystery, eight episodes and worth a watch.

Ok, I gotta get this off my chest haha. Maybe cuz I'm just too used to Yankee programming, but I've tried to get into UK ones, and for the most part, they are just so sloooow, the pacing is horrible and nothing happens for ages. Man...

Anyone feel the same?

Watching another old (2013) English TV series that I'm finding is pretty good; Broadchurch, starring David Tennant and Olivia Colman. I'm on Season 1, Episode 4, so no spoilers, please.

I'm overall disappointed with Monarch: Legacy of Monsters as it is simply too slow, too drama filled, and too lacking in Monsters aka Titan screen appearances! I had to wait until the final 10min of the Season Finale to be entertained.
The only positive... That episode sets of Godzilla X Kong

We re-subscribed to Hulu because my wife wanted to watch A Murder at the End of the World. It seemed ok to good at the beginning but then spiraled into ridiculous and I ended up thinking it was bad.

Yup, Hollywood is still king, gotta hand it to them, although the stories and pacing of some stuff from S Korea have been quite good too.

Have you seen “The Fall?” Not British but an Irish TV show. Very good imo.

I've been watching a lot of Apple+ lately, but they are about all played out until "next" season. Time to start tuning back into NetFlix.

I keep half an eye on Cixin Liu for new material, I guess the translation from Chinese to English on Sci-Fi is quite the chore.

Tx, will check it out.

While searching for shows, I've notice that in a lot of the Brit synopsis a prevailing theme is pitting one character against another, I wonder why is that?

I can't cop Korean acting, they have a style that is very hard to watch, I call it permanent shock face.
