Need Help with XHP

Hello,
I purchased XHP flash license just to increase torque limits per gear. I flashed stage 0 with torque limiter adjustments I made. After flashing, I went for a test drive but shifting in sport and sport+ felt identical to comfort mode. Punchy shifts in sport mode were gone. I didn’t know what to do so I uninstall XHP from the car but it doesn’t feel a it used to be anymore. There is no difference between the modes. I am open for your custom settings on XHP that you would suggest or I will ask my BMW service to reinstall the stock transmission software.

Did you flash XHP to the stock map (stage 0)? I would flash to stage 1 and see what that is like. Also, pull the shifter to the side so the shifter is in S mode.

Yes I flash stage 0 because I wanted to keep everything same as the stock except the torque limiters. Shifter was in S mode.

I don't think you get any torque limit changes in stage 0. I just clicked on my XHP app and the info button for stage 0 and it says "xHP will flash a backup of your stock calibration to your vehicle".

Got it. I don't know enough to help with the why. Hopefully someone else with more technical knowledge can chime in. If it were me I would try stage 1 to see if that changes anything-- I'm not recommending you do that, just saying what I would try.

Thank you for trying to help anyway! Maybe I should purchase ots map pack and try the stage 1 as you suggested.

You have something in the settings changed besides the tq limits but honestly.. get the map pack and run stage 3 or stage 2.
