Any South FL folks have experience bringing your DINAN car to a dealer???

Wondering who here has brought their cars to a South Florida dealer with DINAN parts installed and wondering if you can share your experiences either positive or negative.

I will share the background and context of the question once my issue is resolved, hopefully!

Fortunately the issue has been resolved!! My take away was this...fortunately the dealer ended up doing the right thing, but DINAN's customer service proved to be simply amazing the way they stood behind their product and took care of the customer!!

My charge pipe failed and BMW was pointing fingers at DINAN as the cause despite this being a known issue on stock cars. DINAN's customer service was nothing short of amazing! BMW ended up fixing the issue after a good deal of back and forth with the service advisor and shop foreman. Fortunately at the end of the day both the dealer and DINAN stepped up to the plate and did the right thing!

Sooooo, my charge pipe blew again!! This time had the car brought over to Vista in Pompano Beach. Was helped out by Frank who had the car back to me in less than 24hrs with no resistance at all. Only issue was I noticed my Dinantronics harness wiring was not put back exactly the way it was. Fortunately the great folks over at Foreign Affairs in Pompano sorted that for me when I added the DINAN resonator delete to my exhaust. I will most likely get an aftermarket charge pipe when I am out of warranty.

Do they have any idea what caused it? Also, I just picked up a 14 with about 40k miles. Is there anything like piping, that I should replace for future-proofing?

The plastic charge pipe in the n55 is known to crack under boost. Pushing the car more han stock (with jb4 or flash tune) makes them even more prone to failure but I'm pretty sure they break even in stock boost.
Get a metal aftermarket one and there is nothing else to worry about. I broke one and I know people that have gone through 2-3 before finally getting an aftermarket one.

if you take it to the dealer in coconut creek, they are a Dinan dealership and shouldn't give you any trouble about your Dinan parts

Any of you S FL locals ever participate in AutoX?? I used to regularly and would like to get involved again. Typically ran with Equipe Rapide until the group just grew to large and always enjoyed running with local Porsche Club Gold Coast Region I believe. I am not sure if Equipe Rapide still hosts event and PCA told me their event at BBT ctr this month was canceled BC they repaved and are now giving them a hard time.

Hey South FL! So which dealership do you guys usually take your modified cars into for service? My car is bonestock right now but I'm getting a muffler delete/resonator delete done this week and I'm iffy because even though I know this will likely not void the warranty on the car, I'd still like to take it to the place least likely to give me a fuss about it. I bought my car at Ft.Lauderdale BMW and Vista Coconut Creek is walking distance from my house. Is Vista mod friendly?
