Effectively, you've dropped the entire output of the amp down and then dropped the subs even more. Not sure that's really what you're looking for. Not sure why DIP 5 muted anything. It should have no effect of the remote isn't connected or if switch 6 is off.
Thank you for this info. I must be doing something else wrong because even when I had just 2 and 4 switched on their wasn't a dynamic sound compared to the OEM amp. That's why I was fiddling with switches.

Have you checked your dsp settings? Perhaps it got set to flat somehow?

Ok so I put the settings back to 2 and 4 on then used the 3.1 ADP software and tested 3 files from Bimmer-tech. Now The system is awake and this is what I expected when I first plugged it in. But so many dang adjustments in the tool. Guess I would need to try what other people have created as well for comparison. At first I was so disappointed.

I'll be ready when my Ghost subs come next week. Then I will have a complete system. At least for me.

I started a thread for archiving tunes here: http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1232178

It never got traction, but there's a couple there. As mentioned in the thread, I modified mine by muting the center channel as well. I didn't post it, as I'm not sure channel muting is carried in the file, and I didn't want to confuse the issue.

Very cool thank you. I'll throw the ones I have up on your post as well.
