For sale is a never-installed brand new Turner Performance Polyurethane Rear Shifter Bushing. This bushing gets rid of the rubber OEM bushing, in-turn making the shifting feel more direct and precise.

I bought the shifter a couple of months ago, never got to install it, and decided to sell it instead.

Not interested in buying, but recommending this on seller's behalf. I installed this on my M240i this weekend (and did a quick write-up) to pretty good results. It's a relatively easy install and cheap way to improve shifter feel.
