Connected Booster

Hi,

I am new to the forum just wanted some knowledge around the Connected booster i can buy on the My BMW App was just wondering if this would allow me to get apple Carplay as in the car it says my Connected drive needs to be renewed, its a 2019 218i so thought it would have come with apple Carplay as I've read that most of them did was just wondering if anyone knew more?

Haven't had the car long so still learning

Connected Drive will not give you Carplay.

Is there anyway to get it other than putting a car play MMI box in it?

Being a 2019 model I think it's already pre-installed.
You just have to pay a once off fee for activation.

Yeah that's what i thought too but when i go on the app it doesn't give me the option for it?

Go to the BMW Connected Drive Portal - BMW website.
Login in and confirm if its available for your car.
