Dealer Recommended BUY...yes really
Said the Residual is always low like 52 percent
I guess it comes down to whether you want to keep the car.
Leasing for three years and walking away with paying 20 thousand
and nothing...tells me to buy and keep it

Leasing a 2 series is no longer a good deal like it was a few years ago.

I had the same issue as you. The residuals used to make the 2 a no brainer to lease. Not anymore. I ended up buying a certified used one.

After owning this car for 9 months I kinda wish I bought new. Simply because it's a perfect car for me. There's no good alternative for this car in this price range.

Only benefit to leasing is maybe some tax write off if you own a biz. Or if the car gets damaged in and accident you don't worry about salvage title.
