So I'm picking up my new m240 xdrive by the end of the coming week....I've been browsing here quite a bit over the last year or so, but I don't recall seeing anyone install anything besides the Blacked out kidney grille's (M Stripes and double slats included). Nothing wrong with that...But has anyone done anything besides that for the grilles?

I've noticed some of the new M cars in my dealer had a sort of bronze finish on the outside trim instead of silver which I thought looked great. And I Do just mean on the outside silver trim area. I'm not really looking to paint the grilles a different color in entirety

What color car are you getting, and what kind of effect are you going for?

Mine is black sapphire. Really I'm just looking for some small contrasting points to add to the black

I've done the blacked out look and M stripe thing in the past. Today I like the dbl slats with chrome on this 2'er. Matte/brushed chrome or chrome black I'd be interested in but not avail sans custom work.
