Get owner's manual back in iDrive?

BMW replaced the head unit in my 2016 M235i a few months ago and didn't load the owner's manual in the replacement unit. Can i add it back in myself somehow?

Set up the appointment in advance & have them give you a loaner.

Lol. It's just annoying that they do such half-a$$ed work. I expected more out of BMW but guess at the end of the day they're no different than any other dealerships.

We're fortunate to have 6-7 dealerships in the DC area - some work harder for the customer than others.

Good to hear that you have some that do try harder. I have two in my area. Looked at reviews on the one I haven't been to and am not sure if I want to try them or not. I think I've found a good independent that I'm taking the car to this week.
