I'm currently swapping a m2 mt6 into my m235 does anyone know where the reverse light switch is located on the m2 transmission

It is on the top of the transmission just behind the bellhousing, the same as on other 2-series manual transmissions. It is not a dedicated reversing light switch, just the gear selection sensor for all gears.
