Hi, just regular phone SMS app.

...update, this morning another "messages" option has appeared below "BMW messages" in the COM menu.

It is now showing my SMS messages correctly with voice reading etc.

I was expecting an "office" option in the COM menu, but that has not appeared. There are no notes / memos / email / tasks / calendar menu items to select despite those being checked for the device but maybe my phone doesn't support that??

BMW website will show what is supported. Some of those items have to go through Office 365.

Ok great. Well i am loving the SMS and the voice composition works great.

Many thanks for your time Almaretto 👍

Will 6WD wifi hot spot work via coding or is there hardware missing?

I've added 6NS and 6WD to FA but only VO coded to HU-BNT2 as i don't know if other modules are involved with these options?

How can i find which modules are involved in these options?

Wireless charging and hotspot require hardware; the latter needs subscription as well.

Xpath or Coding-Verification.

can you let me know how's your experience with coding? I wanted to do coding and then I heard the token issue has to be through the master and he's hard to find. were you able to code without that? what software did you use and did it need purchase? I know many questions but a lot of the resources seem to be dated and I'm not sure what works anymore.thanks

There is a VM version of e-Sys that can be used that sets the date to 1 Jan 2017, If you Google for ‘esys BMW coding online’ you should find it.

VirtualBox works to run the VMware image as well as VMware itself.

Check the F30 coding cheat sheet, will tell you how to do all of this. Too much to type out

Not sure if you can do that, including change picture to a G20. It is based on software on car and type setting.

What is the error? Does car have adaptive headlights? If yes, what kind?

I swapped factory xenons into my car which had halogens. I do not want to go through the hassle of auto-leveling/adaptive wiring etc. I will ask my tech what the exact error code is

So not adaptive xenons, but you had adaptive error? Was 524 in FA?
