Brake Pads
I know there's a big brake pads thread out there... but was curious what people in Australia are getting and if in Sydney where they're getting them from...
Car has nearly done 50,000km... brakes a squeaking like no tomorrow (maybe it's winter) but feel like they need changing (says 5000km on the service log) Basically for day to day use... no plans to track the car but obviously still like to drive the car hard from time to time.

I just brought a set of these back from the states along with some 2-piece rotors. I haven't put them on yet but heard good things about them. I'll let you know what I think after the weekend.

Others I've read which are good are the EBC yellow stuff and Ferodo DS2500. So far... I got a quote from Race Brakes Sydney. ENDLESS MX72 Pads are performance $387 each set. Ferodo DS2500 are $290 and rear $252 Bremtec Evolve Hybrid-Carbon Performance Brake Pads $580 I've never heard of Endless or Bremtec before... but Bremtec's website looks pretty good... and they're pricey! So i'm assuming they're decent. Ps. Just curious how many kms have you done? you need rotors already?

I didn't really need the new rotors. I just "wanted" two-piece, drilled rotors. They're about 3.5lbs lighter per wheel and they look friggin cool! It also would have been a hassle to take the old ones to the machine shop to have the surfaces cleaned-up.
