You are absolutely correct sir...

Installed the Eibach springs on my m240xi a few hundred miles ago along with the Dinan bump stops. Subtle drop, edc still works, no sacrifice in drive comfort. So far would recommend them. Also considered the Dinan springs but didn’t like that they drop the rear more than the front. People also seem to be getting more than advertised drop on the x-drive models with them.

The same thing here. Got my Eibachs for M240i xDrive installed in July and since then I'm super happy with them. Ride is really nice but incredibly sporty.
Below are 2 photos of my setup. OEM MPerf 19" 624 wheels with I believe 15 mm rear and 12 mm front spacers :-).

Are you running these? I haven't been able to confirm that F30 springs also fit an F22. If someone can confirm they fit, Swift R's and Vorshlag plates would probably be a hell of a setup.

I emailed Swift Springs and they stated they wouldn’t recommend using the F30 335i Spec-R’s on the F22. They don’t confirm fitments across platforms and recommend application specific fitments only.

I'm running the Swift Spec R's with the Dinan camber plates so far they are working well. The 11k spring in the rear is pretty darn good. And the drop isn't horrible.
IMHO the front spring rate is good but but I'm thinking an additional 100lbs would still be ok, as for the drop. It's a bit to low. If the drop settled at 23" ish I think it would be optimal.

But!!!! You have to change the front bump stops the OEM stops are to long. For the $$ it's better then just any O beauty spring. The car drives very OEM - ,ish

What bumpstops are you using? Dinan? M-Perf?

Thanks for the info, if anyone knows!

Hi, I have bought M Performance springs for my M235i which are the following part numbers and matched to my VIN:

Code: SZP5A

MP Suspension PN: 33502411196

MP Springs:
31 33 6 860 630
33 53 6 860 619

Front Bumpstops: 31336859768
Rear Bumpstops: 33536859769

Std Springs:
31 33 6 865 634
33 53 6 865 637

So in short the MP Springs for the M235i are not the same as the standard M Sport springs.

I have the car booked for next week to get them fitted. I really hope I've gone with the right springs as the rear especially needs to be lower, it's a large gap for an Mlite. I have 624M alloys. I was really torn between ACS and M Performance. IMHO looking at the ACS photos they lower more than the quoted 15mm. So it's either 10mm with MP springs or nearer 20mm with ACS. As I have the MP front Splitter and often have the family in the car tackling speed bumps the more conservative drop is probably more prudent. My previous 335i and Eibach Pros and they were too low at the front.

Here are my height measurements currently from hub centre to wheel arch:

Standard height (RHD car):
NSF: 35.8cm 14.2in
NSR: 35.7cm 14in
OSF: 35.3cm 13.8in
OSR: 35.5cm 13.9in

Nice setup, Michal! That looks like the perfect stance. Not much gap in the wheel well but not so low the you can’t go up a driveway. The F22 looks so much better slightly lowered.

As said above..

33502411196 is the PN for the M235i and is these Part numbers:

Front Bumpstops: 31336859768 x 2
Rear Bumpstops: 33536859769 x 2

BUT

for the M240i is these Part numbers:

Front Bumpstops: 31336859768 x 2
Rear Bumpstops: 33536857730 x2

Odd, GetBMWparts shows that rear bumpstop fits the non-adaptive damper only:

See here

And searching the rear bumpstop by P/N (Rear Bumpstops: 33536859769 x 2) for the 235i shows no result, with it only available as part of the kit with F&R.

Perhaps you're right regarding the Mx40i's. The guy I bought the MP Springs from said his Adaptive M140 didn't require rear MP bumpstops. You have got me think now about my M235i, but believe I have it correct:

I have bought 2 x 33536859769 (for the rear) for my Adaptive M235i, I know I need them, as it states it in the following PI (Process Instruction): SZ_143_08_15 for SZP5A (M P Suspension) is referenced:

https://www.parts.bmwgroup.com/infod..._143_08_15.pdf

The above is specifically for the Adaptive suspension

Also instructions:
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/at...3&d=1518368146

Aux Damper kit (PN: 33502411196 [Adaptive])

https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...t/33502411196/

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=03_2923

Also the following price list, shows the following:
https://www.parts.bmwgroup.com/infod...icing_list.pdf

Page 9

M235i:
"Lowered by 10mm compared with standard BMW M235i. Comprising: two
front coil springs, two rear coil springs, two additional front dampers, two
additional rear dampers
, four support bearings, various small parts. For
the BMW M235i Coupé with Adaptive suspension (option 2VF). Not for
vehicles with xDrive."

M240i:
"Lowered by 10mm compared with standard BMW M240i. Comprising:
two front and two rear coil springs. Additional parts required, depending
on model
. For BMW M240i and M240i xDrive with Adaptive suspension (option 2VF). More information available on request."

"Additional front damper. Two parts required, according to model. 31 33 6 859 768 • •
Additional rear damper. Two parts required, according to model. 33 53 6 857 730 • •"

so there is a difference for the Mx40i models.
