2018 m240i Dinan Lowering Spring Bolt/Nut Part List with Tq Figures
Hey All:
So in researching the Dinan lowering spring install process, I was acquainted with Torque To Yield bolts, what they are and why they need to be replaced. With that, I began looking around for a comprehensive list and though I found bits and pieces here and there, and some with similar models, I decided to try and catalogue everything for my car while I was putting together my part list I need to order. I know there is some debate on if you need to replace these. I am choosing to because I drive aggressively, and enjoy the comfort of driving on 4 wheels. It would be great if these numbers could be checked by others who may have an OCD itch and free time. I'll update as required. I probably could use some help with naming the connection points more properly, etc as well. Hopefully this helps others and saves them some time. To add to this: I got a great deal on the parts by contacting Brian Keller at Sun Motor Cars BMW. He was recommended on a few bmw forums. They are up in PA but he will ship to you. He was able to beat any internet price I found.
