New to Me 235 - Tire decisions...

Picking up a new to me 2015 M235 on Friday. The car is currently on Pilot Sport 2P's 225/40 in the front and 255/35's in the rear. The rear tires are toast and the front still have some life. I am coming from an E46 that I have run A/S 3's on and have been really happy with.

Some questions:

Are 255's ok to run in the rear?

Can I change out just the rears and leave the fronts for now? It's not an X Drive so I didnt think a difference in thread depth between front and rear would really matter much?

Anyone running the AS3's on the 235? They are awesome on my ZHP but that car is down about 100hp as compared to the 235.

I'd go with oem tire size if you plan on keeping stock wheels.

New on the rear should be fine, maybe just a little understeer. The minuscule difference in rpm will not upset the computer or the mechanicals.
