How is this lease deal on my M235i
2015 M235i Coupe RWD
EB Oyster 6spd Cold Weather Premium Driver Assistance Tech Package HK What is the true invoice? I calculated $47,985 $51,425 MSRP includes destination $48,960 selling price $1,883 Tax NYS $795 acquisition fee Adjusted Cap Cost $51,638 36 month 10k miles per year Residual 62% MF 0.00129 Payment $656.50 x 35 months includes NYS Tax Drive off $751.50 (Includes 1st payment plus $95 for DMV fees) I cannot do multiple MSDs since I am in NYS. Unfortunately ED is not an option on this car either It looks like people are getting much better deals on this, it seems people are able to negotiate this under invoice. How much money is still left on the table here? Thanks Guys!!

I purchased a different color M235i but with the same exact options so same MSRP. I was able to get the dealer down to a selling price of $48,200. My acquisition fee is marked up $100 ($895) so that offsets some of the savings off of MSRP. If you're a member of USAA (or can become one), there's a $500 rebate available too.
If you're open to another dealer, I purchased mine from BMW of Mt Laurel - I could give you the name of my CA. If it's closer to you, I also negotiated with BMW of Bridgeport and had essentially the same deal on the table. I can give you the name of the CA who I worked there if you're interested. |

Basically the car isn't leasing well . I feel this car shouldn't be more than 575-600 with 12k A year. ( also from Nyc ) |
