Ordered a 2021 M240i
Good afternoon everyone. I ordered an M240i and should be here in December. I'd like to do a Dinan tune to still have some warranty. What are your experiences with Dinan and warranty work? I don't want to completely void my warranty as soon as I buy the car. I was looking at the Dinan Tune and Exhaust.
BMW wants over 3000 dollars for M Performance exhaust, that seems a little extreme.

The exhaust does not void the warranty, no advantage of going with BMW direct.
You can get a better sounding aftermarket exhaust for much cheaper. My favorite is the REMUS Dinan is pretty good with warranty work, with that being said I dont expect you to ever use it

I had a dealer-installed Dinan Stage 1 tune on my 2015 228i M Sport / Track. Never any issues with it and it didn't affect / impact any service work or anything.

I think my m-perf exhaust alone I just got on was 1100 + install. buuuuuut I also got the fancy Carbon Fiber M tips which run over $300 each. I know..I just loved em too damn much and wanted the real deal so to speak. It was my birthday!
