Car Not pulling as hard/ Rough Start

Hey guys,

Feel like my car has not been running right for a while now. Was wondering if anyone can take a look at my logs and see if anything seems out of place ?

Looking for a general direction on where to start! thanks

What is your mileage? when was your last sparkplug swap? Gapped?

Also, what confuses me is how your IATs get colder throughout the entire pull....

Mileage is 55k, Spark plugs done last week Gapped at 0.020, yeah that is strange i did not even notice that

Yeah looks like there is a leak man, those temperatures are standing out to me. check chargepipes and intercooler connections?

But what I find strange is on Map 0 i boost between 17-19 pounds and on map 5 and 2 its 15-17 psi. And map 3 with meth is lower.

I do have a BEF but I would think if map 0 is 17-19 psi so would the other maps.

Are you just using the JB4 as a meth controller? When I was running a JB4 with BEF map 6 worked the best, and I used it for meth also. Map 3 was worse. With that BEF I don't expect the JB4 will give you additional boost.

Good insight, thanks! I guess i would be just using it for a meth controller, i thought once you enabled the BEF on the jb4 it would have less affect as the BEF is providing the "tuning". I also had a issue with a pretty large misfire and cloud of smoke after changing off of the meth map which happens pretty often lol. So you suggest using map 6 for a meth map ?

I am using the Jb4 to Log, but I suspect it is what is causing my issues may go Flash only.

With the BEF that you have I just don't see the JB4 adding much if anything at all. One issue that I had is that the JB4 can't simulate the full range of the MAP sensors. Your one file shows DME targets of up to 17.9. The JB4 IIRC could only simulate around 20 so if your target is close to this the control loop may not function correctly. Even so with this target you're not going get much more with the JB4 - maybe another 1 PSI or so.

So this misfiring that you had was while running meth? I had an issue like this, primarily at higher RPMs when there was some kind of traction control event. In this case, the throttle would close but the meth stayed on. Mixture went really rich like into single digits and all kinds of misfiring until I let off the pedal.
