Hey guys is it ok to change the exhaust with a lease? If so, what are some great cheap options out there? I want something that sounds m4-ish

You can do anything to a lease car you want as long as you can return it to stock upon lease turn in. That being said, you should probably look for a good bolt-on option or have an exhaust installed that requires minimal welds. It's pretty to safe to assume whomever does your lease turn inspection will not bee going under the car to inspect welds.
