I just love this look! It turns out the 235i is a small car that doesn't need 19" wheels at all - just rear tires at least in the 255/30 size (265 would be even better, but poking out looks ricey to me). What is important is that - without M2 blown fenders, and over-sized wheels - it stands more separate from the M2-like "creatures", and is still a classy machine... Not to mention more sidewall height for protecting those wheels (and our spines) from the potholes!
Definitely my solution! One kind request: please show us the same car/wheels at the same angle, but at stock height.

No way stock height - these are 18"s, and the front 225/40 tire is barely visible while the rear doesn't have any gap at all.

Honestly, I have no issues navigating bumps/driveways. In certain instances yes I do scrape on severe angles however as long as I slow down and take things at the right angle 99% of the time I have no issues. I've become a master at it so to speak lol

+1 what are your wheel and tire specs? I've been lurking around these forums for weeks trying to find the perfect wheel and tire setup that will allow me to stuff 255s possibly 265s in the back under dinan springs. |
