Will unbalanced tires hurt my car??

I had them balanced but my front end still shakes really bad around 60-70 mph and when I turn at that speed.
I'm only going to be running these tires upfront for about 2weeks.
This article on how long I can drive on an unbalanced tire https://drivingpress.com/how-long-ca...alanced-tires/ looks informative.
But my question is will the shaking caused by the unbalanced tires harm or affect my front suspension/car permanently.

The answer is that unbalanced tires can do considerable damage to front steering geometry. But you say your tires were just balanced. Are you sure one of your wheels is not loose? Or some really worn bushings? Or a broken wheel after hitting a pothole or curb?

But permanently? Nothing that cash couldn't ultimately fix! Unless your wheel comes off at speed and you go off in a ditch or worse.

I don't think ignoring this is a good idea!

Sounds like you have some other issues to sort out. Head to a mechanic
