Hello, im trying to figure out which would be the best for
rain traction & weekend canyon runs.
1) a rwd m240i with staggered 265/3518 in the rear & 235/4018 up front orr

2) an awd m240i xdrive with a square 235/4018 setup.. i realize i probably could do
245/3518 square on xdrive but think the 235s look better

The tires i would go with would be the continental dws for either setup

essentially the question is, would I have better cornering
With xdrive even though it would have skinnier tires in the rear vs the rwd
And when it rains, would the wider rear tires on the rwd be
Of any help

I appreciate everyone's help & info..
Im obviously trying to decide on my next m240i

I remember reading a members feedback that the square set up performed better almost in all aspects on AWD.
Looks wise, the staggered is better.
