I already bought the 8-sp because I saw the "no refund on digital products" clause. 😭

Yikes, only reason I said what I did, was because I also made the mistake of buying the 6sp when I have an 8sp.. I emailed them and they simply converted my key to 8sp.

I understand how you assumed they may not honor that though with there clause

Yeah, should have at least reached out before dropping another $160+ on a new license. Oops. That's on me. Appreciate the info though. 👍🏻

In that case, I would suggest you try reaching out and explain your case and let them know you bought one and then the other than hear that they could change the license but that it was too late and see if they might let you refund one on special case basis.

PM sent a few days ago - I will take this if you can ask them to switch it to the 8-speed.

They're usually able to do that with a single e-mail.
