M240i Part Out - MPE CF Tips + CG Precision DP + Dinan Midpipe + AP Intake

Item Interest

Sold my beloved M240i and will be parting out all of the below. Local pick up in Napa, CA. It would be great to sell everything at once if someone is looking for a package deal!

1. M Performance Exhaust with Carbon Fiber Tips - $1300
- CF Tips are super clean without any scratches
- Ran this on the car for 25k miles
- FYI this exhaust is NOT valved from factory

2. CG Precision DS-1 Catted Downpipe - $800
- My favorite upgrade on the car! Really brought out the sound the most.
- Used for 10k miles

3. Dinan Midpipe - $400
- This was the first mod I did to the stock exhaust and it brought a deeper sound.

4. Agency Power Intake $240
- Absolutely loved the extra turbo sounds with this intake. I came from driving a WRX and really missed the spooling. Sounds great inside and out of the car.
- Filter was cleaned out every 5k miles at oil changes

I was under the impression that the Dinan Midpipe does not mate with the MPE due to having the same diameter and would require some welds.

I can't remember anymore. The shop may have just welded them together, but they do work together as a set.

Yeah, it looks like that's what they did from the first picture. FYI The Dinan midpipe comes in 2 pieces or sections (I have the same midpipe). So the section that's closer to the exhaust was welded together. Therefore, I think you may have to sell the MPE and Dinan midpipe as a set to the next potential buyer. Or somehow separate the 2 welded parts.

Ah you are right! Would love to sell it all in one swoop. But if the buyer is interested in just one or the other, I can have the pipes cut. Thanks for calling that out.

Hi there. You aren't supposed to get a CEL with this downpipe. I got one, but that's probably because I installed it myself.
