Anyone else experience a rattle after installing Remus axle back?

So I recently installed my Remus system with 102mm tips, and there's a rattle during startup and randomly while driving.

I believe it's the tips hitting the bumper, as it is a pretty tight fit, and it definitely vibrates like crazy.

If this is the case, would the m performance diffuser eliminate this possibly?

I am running remus catback and have no rattle at all. It is a very tight fit on f23 as it sits 2mm from the rear brace that f22 doesn't have, but still no rattles...

Oh it's only the axel back. I didn't get the cat back.

Is it a tin sound or more like the tips are hitting the bumper?

I had an issue with the tips as the muffler shifted a little as it heated up. So it took some tries to get it from hitting. It's got some decent play too so that contributes to it. Try increasing your gap (lower the tip) at the top a little more and see if that helps.

If it's a tin sound you might be rattling the heat shield somehow.

I get out to listen and it just completely disappears. Foot on the throttle and it's gone. It definitely sounds like it's hitting something solid.

The advice about moving the pipes down a bit, I'm going to have to try that.
