Mhd and xhp apps no longer connecting to my mhd f series (black adapter).

As the title says. 2 days ago out of nowhere I've been having trouble getting the apps to establish a connection to the mhd adapter. It's connected and visible in WiFi and connects there no problem but once the apps open, no connection. I've tried almost everything and contacted both companies for support but so far no solution. Any ideas?

PCB was loose inside the adapter. All good now!
