Possible to install bulbs in inner housing of quad lamps?
Hi guys, noticed the inner lamp of the F22 is for decorative purpose only...
just thinking if it's possible to retrofit with OEM parts to make it useful? The parts from the LED headlamps come to mind |

It is a glass lens only, but I can't figure out why BMW put a heat sink above a empty lens.
I popped out panel when I upgraded my OEM Bi xenon to a 6000K color ("White") light, and there is nothing there. |

Yeah I really disappointed to also take notice of this on my 2016 m235i. Not only is it a dummy lens its blacked out completely... One day I was looking for the "city lights" that my old e46 had since and I loved and used it a lot... But come to find out this the DRL light on the non-bi xenon headlights... It would seem that bmw is doing away with city lights with the new adaptive high beam options
