2016 228i Premium missing Sat Radio and Lumbar?!

I picked up a new 2016 228i with Premium (among others) package the other day, but when I went to activate the Satellite Radio I couldn't find the option in the menu that the leaflet described.

On closer inspection, it seems that my Premium Pack, despite having cost $2,950 just like the one on the BMW website configurator, does NOT include either Satellite Radio or Lumbar Support (I don't have the four-way pad on the seat).

WTF?!

A VIN decode shows option "693 Satellite Tuner Preparation", so perhaps it can be enabled with coding (I already have a cable coming for that), but I'm pissed about the seat thing.

VIN by PM on request, but it doesn't say anything revealing.

Build date is 7/14/15, which I guess makes it a very early 2016, but the 2015 Premium Pack had both these items.

I've told the dealer I want them to activate the satellite radio (FSC token etc.) and also to replace the driver's seat with one that has the lumbar support. We'll see what they say.

According to the configurator your car should have both those items. Then again it would not be the first time the configurator was wrong, but it does seem odd.

In addition to the configurator, the ordering guide (http://www.bimmerfest.com/pdf/bmw-pr...ring-Guide.pdf) shows the 228i coupe having both lumbar and 1 year of satellite radio included in the premium package. Something very odd there with our car.

Now, to be honest, I hated the lumbar in my 335 and have it pushed back to nothing in my M235, and I've only used the satellite radio once. Still, if you paid for it, you should have it.

Non-lumbar seats are perfect (imo). Take the cash if they offer.

The factory left alarms off some July builds as well, haha.

I thought the radio options were part of the tech package? Not sure where the sport seats were hidden.

Satellite radio and the lumbar support are part of Premium, not tech nor sport seats.
