Installed an agency power intake with a friend today on the 240. As others have mentioned, it doesn't come with any instructions. The heat shield required slight modification even though I thought this was developed specifically for the m240i and I had read that 340 owners had to modify it slightly as well.

Verdict : sounds really good, not so much at WOT since fake engine sound drowns it out but 50% throttle and listening to the turbo spool up sounds really good.

Mine installed without modification. I have a Dinan and the AP. For the summer I put the Dinan on, but yesterday I switched back because it's getting cooler and I missed that turbo sound!

He's a dyno run with the AP on. You can really hear the turbo spool.

I used this vid for support. Agreed though a set of install directions would be nice. Didn't need to modify mine though.

Yup I used that one as well. Maybe it's because I put the shield in after I put in the intake lol
