Just picked up 2019 Estoril Blue M240i xDrive with Orbit Grey wheels
Just picked up our freshly delivered M240i xDrive yesterday and were surprised that the wheels and tires were not what we ordered. We decided to keep them though, and the dealer got us another $1,000 off the price. The wheels are 18" double-spoke in Orbit Grey and the tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports (non run-flat). Interior is fine-wood Fineline trim.

Congrats!
What wheels did you order? Black or two tone? Square or staggered?
Wheel color is interesting/different, but I like it. Wood/interior inlays look very nice... Enjoy in good health! Cheers/B

Congrats! Car looks great and wheels look great, too! Mirror caps are screaming to swap to black or blue!

I ordered two-tone with All Season run-flats. Not sure if they would have been staggered or square as that wasn't an option in the configurator. The Orbit Grey wheels are staggered.

Very odd. The 436M wheel has not been available since MY2017. They switched to the 719M for MY2018. I think the dealer pulled some sort of wheel swap shenanigans, but if you're happy and got 1,000 off, no big deal. I relegated my 436's to snow tire equipped winter duty, but I think the 719M in black is a much better looking wheel.

Edit: I just pulled out the factory sticker and they were definitely part of the factory build.

Edit: I see you already know they aren’t all-season runflats, I hadn’t read your earlier post. Last edited by aerobod; 01-20-2019 at 11:11 PM.. |

I had those wheels when I had now gotten my 235i..
The dark Orbit Gray color was a new option for the 2016 model year. I actually liked them. They where total pussy magnets, obviously... Enjoy! |

Car looks great! Only makes me more impatient for mine! Build week for mine is 2nd week of Feb. I'm intrigued about the wheels. Odd that they would even have those 436 wheels to put on the car (do they use those on any current model?). Ordered mine with the 719M bi-color staggered with MPSS. The article posted under a different thread referenced a Cerium Grey wheel option for 2020. I wonder if the 719Ms are being phased out?

Those were not technically my cats; they are some strays but I used to feed them, so they would wait by my car for me to come outside everyday. They actually could tell from a distance which car is mines. By the wheels, maybe? I never was a big cat fan but I've grown to like them. They're like me, a survivor Sorry to jack your thread, OP.. |

2017 had the 436M standard though, your setup is expected. OP's is odd because his is a 2019 MY with the 2014-2017 wheels. Very odd.
Also, is staggered/square as simple as RWD/xDrive or does it have to do with if you spec summer or all-season tires?

I double-checked and 436M wheels don't even show up in the MY19 ordering guide. So I don't see how these could have come from the factory... maybe VPC if not the dealer?

As mentioned in a previous post of mine, the factory sticker shows the wheels. I attached a PDF above if you'd like to take a look.
