I like them. Nice find re the links. Interestingly it mentions a polished version which I would prefer over the pictured black.

Owch sorry to hear that . I've had mine on my 128i for 3 years and no problems. But then again it is flat in Texas!

I like those LA wheels from the link that was posted previously as well. Any idea on a price? I Just ordered a MG M235i, trying to figure out the rim situation, because the stock ones are terrible. I'm looking for a decent set of 19" matte black and concave is a bonus but not absolutely mandatory. I like the CSL's. What size offsets would fit? And about how much money would I be looking at spending on the wheels? I can figure out tire prices. Just no clue where to start looking for rims, mostly because I don't know what size(s) will fit. If stocks are 8.0 in the rear, and 7.5 in the front, will I be able to go any wider with 19's? Thanks for the help. Man I really hate wheel fitament!

M235i eom wheel specs

I'm to understand m235i shares eom 18" wheel specs as m135i we have here in Europe, bmw style 436m.

If so, then

Fr 7.5" wide and ET 47mm
Rr 8" wide and ET 52mm

Anyone know if the 1M/M3 GTS style 359 wheels would fit?

I read that M235i is slightly wider than M135i

It's only a bit wider and that will have been done in the track not the offset so no can't see them fitting which is a shame

just checked the numbers.

based on the 1M wheels being 9" front with et31 and 10" rears with et23 which i believe they are, the fronts will stick out 35mm extra, and the rears 55mm!!

That is the way I also read it, if correct then it will be the same as finding wheels for a 1series, very limited in sizes and offsets

Man even the 19's look undersized to me. Does this car just have huge wells or something? I think it could take 20's

Can't wait to see what kind of 19's people end up going with.

Some good options out there, I just know very little about what will define a correct fitment on this car.

I can't believe how hard it is to get wheels for our cars! I inquired to VMR about a set of V710's, but they said they don't have fitment for the 2's. Now I'm waiting to hear back from MORR Wheels about a set of VS70's.

What is it that makes wheel fitment such a pain in the ass for our cars?

The MORR representative in another thread confirmed that they'd already fitted a few 2ers with their wheels.

The problem is that the offset is quite narrow. Basically you have 3 series running gear on a smaller width car so the wheels take most of the difference.

While an m3 etc will take 10" et25 ish this car will struggle with 9.5" et50.

Most manufacturers go for concave wheels which look great but need an offset that won't fit. Much like the photoshop above that has no chance of going on at the back lol.

Morr and all the forged wheel makers will be able to do something as they just custom make them but don't expect big concaved rear wheels
