was bench flashed for the longest with one of Enzo last versions.

I since last night flashed with bm3 Stage 2 AGG 93 map. I have access to all the OTS maps if anyone thinks another one is better to try.

It's a very different car, feels much slower than it was, but more like a faster stock version of the car? Does that make sense?

Im also telling all you guys to try a new 330 in sport plus mode. that car is amazingly fast for some reason.



Feels great so far, have to start logging and see where the car is. No CEL's, still on soldered harness, waiting for germany replacement. New fabspeed exhaust going on next week, new mid pipe and valvtronic muffler.

Did you happen to ask Enzo if he could get you a version of his tune for BM3? I had an Enzo BM3 tune for a while, but when I put my JB4 back on to run meth the high boost of the Enzo map didn't play nice with the JB4. Went back to an OTS stage 2 which has a max boost of 15 PSI / 91 octane. Makes sense it feels slower with the BM3 OTS since the Enzo map had like 20 PSI at some RPMs.

i suspect i'm still not getting full power.

in Sport mode dials, im seeing about 340 hp and tq is all over but max was 400ish. at times i feel like im getting no boost, other times its perfect, other times it feels like its maxed out at 11.9 psi. im not seeing any more boost than that.

Dont get me wrong, 340 is great, but its coming on weird.. I think this harness is still the gremlin. once changed i'll let everyone know what happened. Should be here soon.

Still no CEL's...

based on a facebook post i saw today, i might be getting full power of the OTS map.

And boy, there is alot more power left in the car. waiting on harness, than log and grab the enzo map to compare. I will say that this OTS tune does make my car a hell of a lot quieter.

its like my muffler is actually working instead of just being a really loud buzzing cold start as it was for 2 years.

just put on the fabspeed mid pipe and valvtronic muffler combo.

Bro... no more drone anywhere. High flowing..
Sound is incredible with a cattless dp.

Its not as loud as a muffler delete with stock mid pipe and resonator, but the sound is race inspired and the rumbles it makes is awesome.

its my favorite setup for the car so far.... and i have had the tuningwerks, oem, ark, dinan and fabspeed delete mufflers on.


I do think that any full system including a mid pipe, ARK, fabspeed, even dinan would sound similar, but for me im super happy with it.

That being said, my ARK muffler and midpipe for a RWD is available at insane discount. PM me. My fabspeed delete is also available.


I gained power from the muffler upgrade, but my car is still lacking power, waiting on that harness still.

The first red flag, Start up rattle... Car asks for more oil randomly. Sounds like a whistle which can be mistaken for intake or exhaust or even radio RF. Car has less power than before.

If you are getting any of these and are approaching the 35k or more miles on a tune, or stock settings and approaching 70k miles, I would really be worried. its a very expensive job to replace turbo/wastegate if not covered. Like 2-3k in parts, than another few k in labor.


Im going new wastegate/dv+/stage2 turbo, has a new harness... Should work. there are no codes.. nothing wrong in ista. all is green. So chasing a daemon here. A BMW dealership flagged me with a tune from a broken strut, so nothing is covered.

just realized BMW didnt put my charge pipe on correctly.

For some reason i cant get my ER to sit correctly on the TB.

I have to pull it out to see if they even put the O-ring back in.


Every headache with this car was caused by BMW service.

i have a bunch of different shops, but all problems including the charge pipe not sitting correctly were all done at a bmw dealer.

i am having a bmw dealer install my stage 2 turbo, waste gate, dv+...

I installed everything already on the exhasut manifold and turbo,

so really its ....here put this on. charge me 10 hours. Go fix the charge pipe you didn't do correctly last week.

I'm impressed! I use dealers for warranty work, recalls, and things that can only be done at the dealer. And now in the case of the 240, the "free" maintenance when the car isn't already at an independent for something else (e.g., a pre-event inspection that includes a brake fluid flush and may coincide with an oil change interval).
