Feeler: M-Performance carbon mirror caps
Considering getting rid of my BMW OEM M-Performance carbon mirror caps. Installed, but in perfect condition. Any interest? These are the pieces: https://www.shopbmwusa.com/Product/4...MIRROR-CAP-SET EDIT: I've added a price. "Reasonable offer" to a forum sales ad turns out to be a very silly idea.

They use screws to mount. These are BMW M-Performance, not knock-off.

I do not need to sell these—making an offer of under $100 is not what I would consider reasonable. 2. They are not knock-offs. 3. They do not have the wings as BMW doesn't make those for our cars.

The original price is around $290 each IIRC, so this is a good price. Almost a 2 for 1 deal!
For reference, I had some knockoffs installed about 6 months ago and some of the clips from one side got weak and it just fell out. I thought someone had stolen it until I found the cap on the floor of my parking space. Just in case someone is considering knockoffs, I would recommend doing it right the first time. I would buy them but I'm really trying not to spend any more money on my car. GLWS.

Be aware that I sent this guy $1000 on 7/3 via paypal for his dinan exhaust and midpipe. He told me that he would ship it by Saturday then July 15th. I still have not received the confirmation of shipment and opened a case with paypal.
*update: Received my refund 3 weeks later and missed out on the AWE exhaust that was on sale. Thankfully he returned the money, but do not appreciate the wasted time and the uncertainty during the three weeks. Last edited by Steveoson1; 08-01-2020 at 05:58 PM.. Reason: update |
