Yellow Tire Letters (pic)

My wife does vinyle decals and has a plotter so I decided to make some tire letters just to see what it would look like. I made them way to big and it looks like a NASCAR lmao. They are already off the car. If they were half that size it might look ok. This vinyl won't stay on driving I wouldn't think, this was just for visual test. It failed the test for me big time.

A buddy of mine has them on his blacked out vette and they really work on that car. I may shrink them down and try again. The plan was if I like them to order permanent tire letter kit.

Not sure if you just had extra yellow vinyl laying around but I think that's what's bothering me most about it. You've got the orange reflector, red tail lamp, yellow letter. That's like the first half of the rainbow all at once. Think white would be a big improvement, but just my opinion on something purely cosmetic so take it for what it's worth.

Haha your right. Can you delete the reflectors? It's funny I didn't even really notice them much till you pointed it out.

A few companies make body colored/clear reflectors.

You should really do your mirrors body color too, fam.

Also the tire lettering looks goofy

Thanks I found some. Probably will get those in order today. Those reflectors are driving me crazy now.

They come on some track tires, i can live with that.

IND is by far the way to go. You can get reflectors, front and rear, and mirror covers for a few hundred bucks. I have a BSM vert and it's amazing how much cleaner it looks without so much going on.

I raced SKUSA for a long time. I ran MG tires and they had MG in yellow. I think that's where my like of them comes from. But it doesn't do it for me on certain street cars.
