Please help, car won’t start
I’m hoping someone can suggest something to try or may have had similar problems. Have a 2014 m235i and it won’t start. Thought the battery needed replacement as I was getting warning about low battery voltage and excess discharge when stationary. Put in new replacement battery. Registered it but car still won’t start. It almost fires. Whiteish/blue puffs come from exhaust which smells like fuel. Only noticeable error code is 135608 valvetronic motor, no movement detected. Car has 97000km. Before issue car ran very smoothly just was getting warning about battery voltage. Can spark plugs just fail? Would not think it’s bad fuel as I have used half a tank from full . Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated

Thank you for your suggestions on what it cold be. I was preying it’s something simple that I could fix. Someone suggested take off valve cover and manually turn valvetronic motor clockwise to raise up. If it starts your valvetronic motor may have failed. Unfortunately where my car stopped is out in open and I’m hesitant to start a job where it’s located. Is there a fuse or relay for valvetronic to test? Or can I disable valvetronic so it just runs electronic throttle? Just thinking what I can do temporarily until I can get into a mechanic. Thanks
