Rear right side suspension squeak
Hey guys recently installed bilstein B-12 pro kit to my vehicle. Car was running wonderful until after I took it on a road trip. Two days later from getting back developed a squeak seeming to be coming from the right rear, called the shop that installed them and recommended I come in for a re torque. Came In and they did what they had to do, car was back to normal till about 24hrs later with the same squeak. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Try replacing the 'stretch' bolts. These tend not to like being re-used and re-torqued.
Technically they're a 'once use only' item. Also re-check that the springs have been mounted properly on their rubber mounts. |

If it’s coming from the rear then it’s likely the rear spring. However, the lowering springs supplied with the dampers do not have an integrated helper spring where the coils compress and contact one another. Just make sure the spring rubber isolators are installed on the top and bottom of the spring.
Although not common, dampers can develop a noise caused by the valves closing. Harder to check this because it’s usually not from the lowest piston velocity so no easy way to move the damper at higher velocities. |

I've had the same squeak come from my rear toe arm. Same thing on a friends 135i. Both of us ended up switching over to SPL's rear toe arms and thats how we knew it was the culprit. For both of us the sound happened when we had removed the rear toe arm to install new sway bar end links. I'm not sure if that bushing doesn't like to be reinstalled, or if its that triangle bolt that really doesn't like being reused. In either case, I'd start with a new triangle locking bolt to see if that fixes the issue. Should be 74 ft-lbs with a 90 degree initial stretch. Keep note that if the bolt is reused, to not do that 90 degree stretch.

Also,
When tightening these bolts and torquing them, make sure you do this when your car is at rest and not in the air. Torquing the bolts at full droop has issues too as it will never see this much angle of movement on the road, unless you're auditioning for an up and coming Dukes of Hazard movie..... |
